Welcome to Greater Spring Lake

“Where Gracious Living Comes Naturally”

The stately pines, rolling terrain, and architecturally distinctive homes are a hallmark of this picturesque area of Shreveport, but it’s the people who live in and around this community that truly make this a wonderful place to call home. Nestled in the area surrounding Pierremont Oaks Tennis Club and extending outward towards Line Avenue and across E. 70th Street towards Fern Avenue, the Greater Spring Lake area encompasses many subdivisions and draws no line of distinction because it’s the wonderful neighbors that make this part of town so appealing and they are all around us! Miles of winding roadways and steep inclines also make it attractive to runners, cyclists, and athletes of all kinds. Many children who grew up here return to raise their families. The convenience of being close to shopping, schools and restaurants (some within walking distance), make this the ideal location to live. No HOA fees or restrictive covenants — just caring neighbors who work constructively and positively to build and enhance a strong spirit of community. It’s neighbors knowing neighbors. Staying connected brings us closer together as a neighborhood family.
